Hello, I live in PA (Pittsburgh) and I want to file for bankruptcy. One question is whether the prosecutor can not pay the rent. I live in a Aprtment upsatirs my parents, who owned the house. We just had a verbal agreement that I would pay $ 350.00 month to rent or to help pay some household accounts.
To save it as a payment in bankruptcy use my oral agreement is sufficient or whether I have a residential lease, to "prove" to pay the rent?
