I had when I was in chemotherapy. There is nothing you can do, just keep your fluid intake. I remember a couple of biscuits to the hospital with me. I could not prove at all - I could suck a rock!
It should be back in a few days. I know what a terrible time, but you get through it. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Angel.

I went only to add that you should not take vitamins until they to chemotherapy. They will help you build, but also enhance survival of cancer cells. Sorry to say this, but I was on this (by a doctor of Manchester, Christie's Cancer Hospital told)
When you have completed the chemotherapy, your doctor a course of vitamin tablets superpower (not mine).
