Can anyone help me with GREEN FLUORESCENT PROTEIN gel electrophoresis? - fluorescent proteins
I had a practice last week electrophoresis GFP and after the experiment and the graph a value of 30 kDa CFP. I know the standard molecular weight of 27 kDa have .. Would you say that isolated was intact?
And there is no evidence that the cloning of E. coli was changed?
I do not know whether my answers are correct, and I'll help if you can give me your opinion.

I would say that the increase to ensure that it was a mistake. You must then determine whether the mass of a specific protein can * change at all - as there are records of this happening. Good luck!
